Who is Matt Dull?

Good question. I’m an assistant professor at Virginia Tech. I teach in the Center for Public Administration and Policy MPA & PhD programs at our campus in old town Alexandria. My research and teaching interests include American political institutions, public policy, public administration, and research methods. Woohoo!
